程序: matlab代码

入口:用matlab生成的网格,需要三个区域的网格数据 (p1,e1,t1),(p2,e2,t2),(p3,e3,t3),其中不同区域的网格是独立的,最后通过Mortar条件粘合起来。

出口:得到Poisson-boltzmann方程的数值解

主要子程序:单元刚度矩阵生成myCalstiff.m,Mortar矩阵计算CalMor.m,及主程序调用 [U,z1,z2,z3]=mortarfem1_show(p1,e1,t1,p2,e2,t2,p3,e3,t3)

使得边界上的函数值不连续

有限元解叠加上基本解得到的结果
